About us
The mission of Close Marine Group B.V. is to share knowledge and craftmanship by offering our combined expertise to realise well-integrated solutions for weather- and watertight doors and hatches as well as special constructions for the maritime industry. Our main focus is serving Yacht & Superyachts, Navy-, Luxury Cruise-, special Offshore- and Research vessels.
Our services
Close Marine Group can offer the design and engineering of a full door, hatch, or construction as well as the full integration of the door(s), hatch(es) and constructions including the full mechanical engineering of the surrounding structure. Close Marine Group works with her Close partner C-Job Naval Architects to offer mechanical engineering, naval design, project management, on-site building support and services.
For example, Close Marine Group can offer the complete design and realisation of a ship’s construction including the doors, hatches, and operating systems bringing modular design and building process and realisation to another new level. In addition to building onsite, Close Marine Group can also deliver products as “plug & play”, which are fully factory-tested.
Our team
Close Marine Group consists of four men, each considered an expert in their field, who are joining forces to start this unique company. Thanks to their combined 80+ years of experience, Close Marine Group is able to deliver high-quality integrated maritime solutions for doors, hatches, and special constructions.
